Kickoff for Kickoff
The Friday before Kickoff for Curative, one of our dementia programs hosted a celebration of their own to get the party started. Our small group dementia care program often celebrates big moments at Curative in their program room. It is a great way for members in that environment to participate in Curative community events in a way that is comfortable and enjoyable for them. They dressed up in their Packer gear, enjoyed some gameday eats, and helped tee up another successful Kickoff for Curative event!
Curative Celebration
We have had a lot to celebrate at Curative Connections this past month! We had another record-breaking Garden Gala and it would not have been possible without the support of so many incredible volunteers. Kickoff for Curative was also a record-breaking event and an amazing show of support from staff, members and their families, and the community. As a thank you to staff and volunteers, we hosted a pizza party to celebrate. Thank you to our Curative community for your continued work to advocate for our members and move our mission forward!
Pints with a Purpose: Curative Connections
Make sure to stop in at Zambaldi Beer after work next Wednesday, October 8, for a drink in support of Curative Connections. The Pints with a Purpose program is Zambaldi Beer’s way of giving back to the community. They partner with a non-profit and $1 from every pint, flight, to-go growler or to-go 6 pack sold that day is donated. They have chosen to partner with Curative Connections again this year! We are so grateful for their generosity and commitment to our community!
