Adult Day Programs
Our state-certified Adult Day Services provide a fun and supportive place to be during the day for seniors and people with disabilities, including people who may be frail, have dementia, or simply need supervision during the day. Services are designed to promote physical and cognitive wellness and include supportive and attentive personal care assistance along with a variety of fun and engaging options throughout the day, including exercise, activities, games, projects, socialization, entertainment, outside guests and lunch/snacks. Both group and individualized activities are offered. Supportive services may also include bathing and showers, hair care, foot care, nursing, meals and transportation, and therapy services, depending on location. Offered in Green Bay. Luxemburg, Manitowoc and Shawano.
Our Daybreak program is perfect for any adult who may need help with personal cares or need supervision during the day.
Our dementia-specific Reflections and Crossroads programs (Curry Lane) are designed for those experiencing memory loss, confusion and/or who are diagnosed with any type of dementia or other neurological impairments. A similar program is offered at our Cloud Family Care Center on Green Bay’s west side.
Our Adult Day Services allow caregivers worry-free time to run errands, work, or otherwise do things to re-charge their caregiver batteries so they can give fully of themselves to their loved ones. We help keep caregivers connected to their community, as well as their loved ones.
