Community Transportation Services
Curative Connections operates the Brown County Specialized Transportation Program, which provides transportation to older adults and people with disabilities. Trip priorities are medical, nutrition and employment.
We have a fleet of 26 vehicles consisting of mini buses, vans and sedans, and a variety of vehicles with wheelchair capacity. We depend on a large group of volunteers, along with a few paid drivers, to deliver these services.
A fee is charged per trip with trips occurring within the Greater Green Bay area Monday through Friday, while some weekend rides can be arranged.
Individuals and families connect with us when someone is in need of compassionate, supportive and rehabilitative care due to physical or intellectual disability, dementia, brain injury or other disability. We help by creating connections and maintaining independence by working to understand the exact level of support each person may need. Our knowledgeable team partners with families, caregivers, service providers and others who all share the goal of creating the best life we can for the people we help.
