Home & Community Connections

Apartment Kitchen 1 3 400X300Our caring team is available to help seniors and adults with disabilities in their own homes or in the community. We help with daily tasks like housekeeping, personal care, shopping and companionship, transportation, appointments, and much more.

We can also assist youth  and adults with social skills, school tutoring, problem solving, job preparation, and more. Families also benefit from parent mentoring, anger management, reducing chaos in the home, and other needs to maintain or increase independence.

People who use our services are matched with a knowledgeable and compassionate team member. Your level of comfort with the care received is important to us, which is why we encourage you to meet with potential Curative Connections staff to see who you feel would be the best fit, even before services begin.
