Program Specialist – Brain Rehab & Wellness Program

This person is responsible for the development of rehabilitation plans and provision of appropriate services to provide cognitive retraining for individuals with Traumatic Brain Injury and/or other neurological impairments, for the purpose of assisting program participants in reaching their rehabilitation goals for personal and community independence. This person is responsible for direct care and treatment planning, case management, instruction in a group setting, curriculum development of programming, in addition to promotional, educational, and operational duties as described. This person may provide coverage to the Adult Day Treatment Program Leader in their absence. Clients are served at Curative Connections, with occasional services provided in the community.

                Hours: 8:00am-4:00pm, Monday-Friday

                Wage: $11.62-15.98 per hour

Brain Wellness & Rehab Program Technician Sub

This person will provide community re-integration, cognitive retraining and programmatic support to program participants at Curative Connections and in the community, as well as assisting the Adult Day Treatment Program Specialists in implementing and documenting individual case plans.  The focus of this position is to assist in the training of program participants in the areas of work skills, social skills, social adjustment, leisure skills, and community adjustment.  A significant amount of time is spent assisting clients with personal cares.

                Hours: Variable

                Wage: $9.50-10.00 per hour

Job Coach – Community Employment – Green Bay OR Sheboygan OR Manitowoc

This position provides direct job training and other support to people working in the community.  Work with Placement Specialists/Case Managers in providing training and other assistance or support as needed.  Work with employers to identify job duties employee needs training on and conduct follow-up contacts.  May be primarily assigned to one or several employers for special projects and/or an on-going group activity.

                Hours: Variable part time hours

                Wage: $9.50 per hour

Community Service Worker – LAUNCH Program

Part-time position working with youth that are part of the LAUNCH (Life Achievements UNlocking Change and Healing) program by providing mentorship and working on goals towards rehabilitation out in the community.  The LAUNCH program is a comprehensive treatment and aftercare program for high risk juvenile offenders promoting reduction of recidivism rates in Brown County. Male Community Service Workers are encouraged to apply to better match the needs of the male clients (age 10-17 years old).  Experience in the human services field and/or education around human services and social work is preferred. 

            Hours: Variable part time hours

            Wage: $12.99 per hour 

Vocational Trainer

This person provides work support and training to participants in the Community base Prevocational Program. This person will transport clients to paid work opportunities in the Community.  This person will assist the clients on the job site(s) to learn new work skills, re-fine current work skills and career exploration. The focus is on assisting clients in developing positive work skills and habits in preparation for the transition to community work.  Transportation Compensation included.

            Hours: 7:30am-3:30pm, Monday - Friday

            Wage: $11.50 - $12.50

Job Coach –Prevocational Program

This person provides work support and training to participants in the organizational Employment Program in the agency.  This person will assist in teaching work skills classes to clients. This person may also provide support to participants in the community for the purpose of work training activities or exploration.  The focus is on assisting clients in developing positive work skills and habits in preparation for the transition to community work.

                Hours: 35 hours per week OR 30 hours per week LTE

                Wage: $9.50 per hour 

 Comprehensive Services Worker – Green Bay ORShawano

Under limited supervision performs Comprehensive Community Services for adults and youth that have ADDA and/or Mental Health Issues according to their individual case plan. Provides practical and preventative approaches to problems encountered in the day to day living. All services should be person-centered and developed in partnership with the consumer. 

                Hours: 5-20 per week

                Wage: $16.00 per hour OR $21.75 with Bachelor’s Degree level cases

Program Assistant – Daybreak Program, Reflections Program OR Shawano

This position will partner with our clients as we offer an opportunity to engage with others through meaningful activities and provide assistance as necessary. This is a high-energy job that requires a lot of heart and desire to improve the lives of those we serve. Experience with aging population and/or person with disabilities is beneficial.

                Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday in Daybreak OR Sub hours in Shawano

                Wage: $9.50 per hour

Community Service Worker – Green Bay, Shawano OR Door County

Part-time position working in the community/home with adults and/or children and families.  Flexible caseloads and services tailored to clients may include: one-on-one care, housekeeping & errands, medication monitoring, socialization and recreation, transportation, and/or family related services.  Other services include working on daily living skills such as budgeting, basic parenting skills, anger management, social skills, and/or teaching youth, adults and families.

Shawano: Part-time position working out in the community/home with children and families.  Flexible caseloads and services tailored to children with special needs, which include respite care, social outings in the community, transportation, and one-on-one care.  Experience and familiarity in working with persons who are disabled is required.

Door County: Part-time position working closely with Door County Humans Services Children's Long Term Care Unit. Flexible caseloads and services tailored to working with children, families and adults.  Services may include: respite care, working on daily living skills such as budgeting, positive/prosocial recreation activities, anger management, social skills, and/or teaching youth, adults and families. Each case referral varies depending on the case plan and is matched to the workers experience and skill level. 

                Hours: Part time, variable

                Wage: $9.75-13.99 per hour

PROSOLUTIONS

Department Leader – Production

This person is responsible for executing the production requirements of ProSolutions under the direction of the Production Team Leader and Production Coordinator; responsible for daily work assignment, development and training of assigned line leaders and production personnel; interacting with the customer when necessary to insure their needs are being met; working on lines as required to meet production requirements.

                Hours: Second Shift, 2pm-10pm M-F

                Wage: $12.00-14.00 per hour

Lift Truck Operator

Operates propane and electric forklift with forks or clamp attachment.  Uses floor sweeper and scissors lift.  Unloads/loads trailers.  Brings pallets to and from production lines.  Counts materials (inventory functions).

                Hours: First Shift 6am-2pm, M-F OR Second Shift 2pm-10pm

                Wage: $10.50-13.50 per hour

Production Worker

Production Workers will be working primarily with various paper products to re-package/re-palletize them to meet costumer specifications. 

                Hours: Hours: First Shift 6am-2pm, M-F OR Second Shift 2pm-10pm

                Wage: $9.50-10.50 per hour
