This position’s main responsibility is to provide direction and information for Curative Connections staff, clients and visitors in a warm and friendly manner. Must be able to work in a fast-paced work environment and adapt to a variety of scenarios calmly and professionally. Other responsibilities include administrative support for both the Program Services and Administrative Departments. This is a great ground floor opportunity for anyone interested in a career in the human services field. 

            Hours: 8-2 M-F

            Wage: $10.00 per hour

Maintenance Worker 

This position performs light maintenance duties.  Must be able to work independently and be self-directed and motivated.  Must be in good physical condition and with some mechanical experience or at least be able to learn rudiments quickly.  This position reports directly to the Maintenance Team Leader.

            Hours: 25 per week – 2-7 M-Th, 1-6 F

            Wage: $9.89 per hour

Vice President of Program Services

The Vice President of Program Services leads the organization’s efforts to live out its mission. Current program areas include employment and training services for older adults and people with disabilities, rehabilitative services for people with neurological impairments, specialized learning services, in-home and community-based services, and transportation services for vulnerable populations. Successful candidates will have several years of experience leading, operating and growing services that benefit the community, thinking and acting ethically, supporting the organization’s culture, and building on its nearly 70 year history of supporting people’s goals for independence.

                Hours: Exempt

                Wage: Based on experience

Program Specialist – Brain Rehab & Wellness Program

This person is responsible for the development of rehabilitation plans and provision of appropriate services to provide cognitive retraining for individuals with Traumatic Brain Injury and/or other neurological impairments, for the purpose of assisting program participants in reaching their rehabilitation goals for personal and community independence. This person is responsible for direct care and treatment planning, case management, instruction in a group setting, curriculum development of programming, in addition to promotional, educational, and operational duties as described. This person may provide coverage to the Adult Day Treatment Program Leader in their absence. Clients are served at Curative Connections, with occasional services provided in the community.

                Hours: 8:00am-4:00pm, Monday-Friday

                Wage: $11.62-15.98 per hour

Job Coach – Community Employment – Green Bay OR Sheboygan OR Manitowoc

This position provides direct job training and other support to people working in the community.  Work with Placement Specialists/Case Managers in providing training and other assistance or support as needed.  Work with employers to identify job duties employee needs training on and conduct follow-up contacts.  May be primarily assigned to one or several employers for special projects and/or an on-going group activity.

                Hours: Variable part time hours

                Wage: $9.50 per hour

 Comprehensive Services Worker – Green Bay ORShawano

Under limited supervision performs Comprehensive Community Services for adults and youth that have ADDA and/or Mental Health Issues according to their individual case plan. Provides practical and preventative approaches to problems encountered in the day to day living. All services should be person-centered and developed in partnership with the consumer. 

                Hours: 5-20 per week

                Wage: $16.00 per hour OR $21.75 with Bachelor’s Degree level cases

Program Assistant – Daybreak Program

This position will partner with our clients as we offer an opportunity to engage with others through meaningful activities and provide assistance as necessary. This is a high-energy job that requires a lot of heart and desire to improve the lives of those we serve. Experience with aging population and/or person with disabilities is beneficial.

                Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday

                Wage: $9.50 per hour

Community Service Worker – Green Bay OR Shawano OR Door County

Part-time position working in the community/home with adults and/or children and families.  Flexible caseloads and services tailored to clients may include: one-on-one care, housekeeping & errands, medication monitoring, socialization and recreation, transportation, and/or family related services.  Other services include working on daily living skills such as budgeting, basic parenting skills, anger management, social skills, and/or teaching youth, adults and families.

Shawano: Part-time position working out in the community/home with children and families.  Flexible caseloads and services tailored to children with special needs, which include respite care, social outings in the community, transportation, and one-on-one care.  Experience and familiarity in working with persons who are disabled is required.

Door County: Part-time position working closely with Door County Humans Services Children's Long Term Care Unit. Flexible caseloads and services tailored to working with children, families and adults.  Services may include: respite care, working on daily living skills such as budgeting, positive/prosocial recreation activities, anger management, social skills, and/or teaching youth, adults and families. Each case referral varies depending on the case plan and is matched to the workers experience and skill level. 

                Hours: Part time, variable

                Wage: $9.75-13.99 per hour


Shop Helper

Engaged in the fabrication and/or assembly of various metal, wood and plastic products. Lifts, positions, measures, bends, saws, drills or cuts, and removes work pieces from machines. Loads, stacks and transports stock, tools, dies and work in progress by hand or manual material handling equipment. Maintains work area. Responsible for setting up equipment, ensuring production standards, quality standards and performance targets are being met. Assists maintenance in the performance of their duties to include preventative maintenance, light industrial repairs, painting, etc. Must be able to work independently.

                Hours: Second Shift, 2pm-10pm M-F

                Wage: $11.00 – 13.00 per hour

Production Worker

Production Workers will be working primarily with various products to re-package/re-palletize them to meet costumer specifications. 

                Hours: Hours: First Shift 6am-2pm, M-F OR Second Shift 2pm-10pm

                Wage: $9.50-10.50 per hour
