Team Leader – Daybreak Adult Day Program

This person is responsible for the daily operations of the Daybreak Adult Day Program. Responsibilities include supervising staff, developing recreational programming for clients, assisting clients with personal cares, managing a client caseload and advocates for the program participants.

                Hours: Full time, Monday - Friday

                Wage: $13.40 per hour, starting

Brain Rehab & Wellness Program Specialist

This person is responsible for the development of rehabilitation plans and provision of appropriate services for individuals with Traumatic Brain Injury and/or other neurological impairments, for the purpose of assisting program participants in reaching their rehabilitation goals for personal and community independence. This person is responsible for direct care and treatment planning, case management, curriculum development of programming, in addition to promotional, educational, and operational duties as described.

                Hours: Full time, Monday-Friday

                Wage: $11.62 per hour, starting

 Activity Leader – Reflections Adult Day Program

Join the Adult Day Programs Team; where you will partner with our clients as we offer an opportunity to engage with others through meaningful activities and provide assistance as necessary. This is a high-energy job that requires a lot of heart and desire to improve the lives of those we serve. Experience with the aging population and/or persons with disabilities is beneficial.                 Hours: Full time, Monday – Friday

                Wage: $10.00 per hour 

Van Driver

This person is responsible for transporting clients to and from their daily activities.  Experience working with individuals with disabilities a plus.

                Hours: Full time, 40 hours per week

                Wage: $11.50 per hour

 Job Coach – Community Employment – Green Bay OR Manitowoc 

This position provides direct job training and other support to people working in the community.  Work with Placement Specialists/Case Managers in providing training and other assistance or support as needed.  Work with employers to identify job duties employee needs training on and conduct follow-up contacts.  May be primarily assigned to one or several employers for special projects and/or an on-going group activity.

                Hours: Variable part time hours

                Wage: $9.50 per hour

Program Assistant – Crossroads Adult Day Program

Community Service Worker – Kewaunee

Part-time position working closely with Kewaunee Human Services Children's Long Term Care Unit. Flexible caseloads and services tailored to working with children, families and adults.  Services may include: mentoring, respite care, working on daily living skills such as budgeting, positive/prosocial recreation activities, anger management, social skills, and/or teaching youth, adults and families. Each case referral varies depending on the case plan and is matched to the workers experience and skill level.  Experience working with children, adults and families out in the community and home. Preferred experience in the human services field and/or an educational background in human services or social work.  Some evenings or occasional weekends may apply depending on the case.  Holiday pro-rated hours, PTO and 401(k) plan available.  Health & Dental Insurance at 30 hours per week.  

                Hours: Part time, variable

                Wage: $12.99-21.75 per hour, depending on case

Dementia Crisis Workers

These positions will respond to the homes of individuals who are engaged in a dementia-related crisis, and assist with maintaining the stability of the situation until a long term plan is created.   Additional support and assessments will also be provided.  Current employees may hold this position in conjunction with their current role.  For more details, please contact Diana Brown or LaReina Tipping.

               Wage: Varies by shift ($12.07-14.00, $9.35 Sleep Rate)

Community Service Worker – LAUNCH Program

Part-time position working with youth that are part of the LAUNCH (Life Achievements UNlocking Change and Healing) program by providing mentorship and working on goals towards rehabilitation out in the community.  The LAUNCH program is a comprehensive treatment and aftercare program for high risk juvenile offenders promoting reduction of recidivism rates in Brown County. Male Community Service Workers are encouraged to apply to better match the needs of the male clients (age 10-17 years old).  Other cases are available to provide mentorship to youth that are part of the Juvenile Justice Department with Brown County Human Services. Services may include: working on daily living skills such as budgeting, positive/prosocial recreation activities, anger management, social skills, and/or teaching youth. Each case referral varies depending on the case plan and is matched to the workers experience and skill level.  Preferred experience in the human services field and/or an educational background in human services or social work. 

                Hours: Part time, variable, flexible

                Wage: $12.99-16.00 per hour, depending on case

Job Coach – PreVocational Program

This person provides work support and training to participants in the Prevocational Training Program in the community.  This person will provide support to participants in the community for the purpose of work training activities or exploration.  The focus is on assisting clients in developing positive work skills and habits in preparation for the transition to community work.

            Hours: 35 per week

            Wage: $9.79 per hour 

Comprehensive Service Worker – Green Bay OR Shawano OR Kewaunee 

Part-time position working closely with Humans Services- Community Comprehensive Services and/or Children's Long Term Care Services. Flexible caseloads and services tailored to working with children, families and adults.  Services may include: skill development, respite care, working on daily living skills such as budgeting, positive/prosocial recreation activities, anger management, social skills, and/or teaching youth, adults and families. Each case referral varies depending on the case plan and is matched to the workers experience and skill level.  Experience working with children, adults and families out in the community and home. Preferred experience in the human services field and/or an educational background in human services or social work.  Some evenings or occasional weekends may apply depending on the case.  Holiday pro-rated hours, PTO and 401(k) plan available.  Health & Dental Insurance at 30 hours per week.

***PROSOLUTIONS POSITIONS***

Team Leader - Maintenance

This person is responsible for providing technical assistance and mechanical support to the production departments by assisting in equipment setup and performing equipment repairs and preventative maintenance as scheduled or required; assist with directing and training workers in the machine shop; ensuring that production standards in the machine shop are met (both ProSolutions and customer specifications).

          Hours: First Shift, 6am-2pm

          Wage: Based on experience

Lift Truck Operator

Operates propane and electric forklift with forks or clamp attachment.  Uses floor sweeper and scissors lift.  Unloads/loads trailers.  Brings pallets to and from production lines.  Counts materials (inventory functions).

                Hours: Second Shift, 2pm-10pm, M-F

                Wage: $10.50-13.00 per hour

Maintenance Worker/Shop Helper

Engaged in the fabrication and/or assembly of various metal, wood and plastic products. Lifts, positions, measures, bends, saws, drills or cuts, and removes work pieces from machines. Loads, stacks and transports stock, tools, dies and work in progress by hand or manual material handling equipment. Maintains work area. Responsible for setting up equipment, ensuring production standards, quality standards and performance targets are being met. Assists maintenance in the performance of their duties to include preventative maintenance, light industrial repairs, painting, etc. Must be able to work independently.

                Hours: Second Shift, 2pm-10pm M-F

                Wage: $11.00 – 13.00 per hour

Production Worker

Production Workers will be working primarily with various products to re-package/re-palletize them to meet costumer specifications. 

                Hours: Hours: First Shift 6am-2pm, M-F OR Second Shift 2pm-10pm

                Wage: $9.50-10.50 per hour
