Brain Rehab & Wellness Program Specialist 

This person is responsible for the development of rehabilitation plans and provision of appropriate services to provide cognitive retraining for individuals with Traumatic Brain Injury and/or other neurological impairments, for the purpose of assisting program participants in reaching their rehabilitation goals for personal and community independence. This person is responsible for direct care and treatment planning, case management, instruction in a group setting, curriculum development of programming, in addition to promotional, educational, and operational duties as described. Clients are served at Curative Connections, with occasional services provided in the community.

                Hours: Full time – no nights or weekends!

                Wage: $11.61, based on experience

Vehicle Detailer 

 This position is responsible for washing and detailing a fleet of 20-30 vehicles, including cars, vans, and buses.

Team Leader – Adult Day Program

This person is responsible for the daily operations of the Adult Day Program. Responsibilities include supervising staff, developing recreational programming for clients, assisting clients with personal cares, managing a client caseload and advocates for the program participants. Performs other duties as assigned.

                Hours: Full time, no nights or weekends!

                Wage: $13.79 per hour

 Vocational Specialist 

This person is responsible for providing case management, skill assessment, and curriculum development to clients in Curative Connections PreVocational Training Program.

                Hours: Full time

                Wage: $12.00 per hour

Job Coach – Community Employment 

This position provides direct job training and other support to people working in the community.  Work with Placement Specialists/Case Managers in providing training and other assistance or support as needed.  Work with employers to identify job duties employee needs training on and conduct follow-up contacts.  May be primarily assigned to one or several employers for special projects and/or an on-going group activity.

                Hours: 20 hours per week, variable

                Wage: $10.00 per hour

Join the Adult Day Programs Team, where you will partner with our clients as we offer an opportunity to engage with others through meaningful activities and provide assistance as necessary. This high-energy job requires a lot of heart and desire to improve the lives of those we serve. Experience leading activities is required.  Experience with the aging population and/or persons with disabilities is beneficial. Willingness to commit to our mission is a must!

                Wage: $10.50 per hour

Program Assistant

Community Service Worker – Green Bay OR Kewaunee OR Washington Island

Part-time positions working out in the community & home with adults and/or with children and families.  Flexible caseloads and services tailored to clients may include: one-on-one care, dementia care, personal care, housekeeping & errands, medication monitoring, socialization and recreation, transportation, and/or respite care.  Other services include working on daily living skills such as budgeting, basic parenting skills, anger management, social skills, and/or teaching youth, adults and families.

                Hours: Part time, variable

                Wage: $9.75-21.75 per hour, depending on location and case

Community Service Worker – LAUNCH Program

Part-time position working with youth that are part of the LAUNCH (Life Achievements UNlocking Change and Healing) program by providing mentorship and working on goals towards rehabilitation out in the community.  The LAUNCH program is a comprehensive treatment and aftercare program for high risk juvenile offenders promoting reduction of recidivism rates in Brown County. Male Community Service Workers are encouraged to apply to better match the needs of the male clients (age 10-17 years old).  Experience in the human services field and/or education around human services and social work is preferred.  Other cases are available to provide mentorship to youth part of the Juvenile Justice Department with Brown County Human Services.  

                    Hours: Part time, variable   

                    Wage: 12.99 per hour

Comprehensive Service Worker – Green Bay OR Shawano OR Door County 

Part-time position working closely with Humans Services- Community Comprehensive Services and/or Children's Long Term Care Services. Flexible caseloads and services tailored to working with children, families and adults.  Services may include: skill development, respite care, working on daily living skills such as budgeting, positive/prosocial recreation activities, anger management, social skills, and/or teaching youth, adults and families. Each case referral varies depending on the case plan and is matched to the workers experience and skill level.

                     Hours: Part time, variable OR Full time in Green Bay

                     Wage: 12.99-21.75 per hour, depending on location and case

***PROSOLUTIONS POSITIONS***

Department Leader – Production 

This person is responsible for executing the production requirements of ProSolutions under the direction of the Production Team Leader and Production Coordinator; responsible for daily work assignment, development and training of assigned line leaders and production personnel; interacting with the customer when necessary to insure their needs are being met; working on lines as required to meet production requirements.  

                Hours: Second Shift, 2pm-10pm

                Wage: $15.00 per hour, negotiable

Shop Helper 

Engaged in the fabrication and/or assembly of various metal, wood and plastic products. Lifts, positions, measures, bends, saws, drills or cuts, and removes work pieces from machines. Loads, stacks and transports stock, tools, dies and work in progress by hand or manual material handling equipment. Maintains work area. Responsible for setting up equipment, ensuring production standards, quality standards and performance targets are being met. Assists maintenance in the performance of their duties to include preventative maintenance, light industrial repairs, painting, etc. Must be able to work independently.

                Hours: First OR Second Shift

                Wage: $11.00-12.00 per hour

Line Leader 

This person is responsible for directing the daily operations of their assigned production area(s) including: setting up and operating production lines and related equipment in their assigned area(s) and making sure they are functioning correctly; Developing, directing and training subordinate production workers in their daily job responsibilities; reporting needed  repairs of machines and related equipment to the maintenance department, Department Leader and/or Team Leader; ensuring that production standards, quality standards and performance targets are being met (both ProSolutions and customer specifications); working on lines as required to meet production requirements. Have an ability to recognize a need for work adaptations and make recommendations. *50/50 program eligible

          Hours: Second Shift, 2pm-10pm

          Wage: $10.50 – 12.00 per hour

Lift Truck Operator

 This person is responsible for operating propane and electric forklift with forks or clamp attachment to transport product or materials around the premises and docks and to perform inventory functions. Performs  other duties as assigned including working on production lines as necessary.

                Hours: First Shift, 6:00am-2:00pm OR Second Shift, 2:00pm-10:00pm

                Wage: $10.50-15.00 per hour

Production Worker - Green Bay OR Kaukauna 

Production Workers will be working primarily with various products to re-package/re-palletize them to meet customer specifications. 

                Hours: Full time- First Shift 6am-2pm, M-F OR Second Shift 2pm-10pm

                            Part time- 6am-2pm M-W, OR 10am-2pm M-F

                Wage: $9.50-10.50 per hour
