Job Coach – Manitowoc 

 This position provides direct job training and other support to people working in the community. Work with Placement Specialists / Case Managers in providing training and other assistance or support as needed. Work with employers to identify job duties, employee needs training, and conduct follow-up contacts. May be primarily assigned to one or several employers for special projects and/or an on-going group activity. Travel is required for this position to visit employers and clients.

                Hours: Parttime, variable

                Wage: $10.00 per hour

Vocational Trainer 

 This person provides work support and training to participants in the Community base Prevocational Program. This person will transport clients to paid work opportunities in the Community.  This person will assist the clients on the job site(s) to learn new work skills, re-fine current work skills and career exploration. The focus is on assisting clients in developing positive work skills and habits in preparation for the transition to community work.  Transportation Compensation included.

                Hours: Fulltime

                Wage: $11.62 per hour

Team Leader – PreVocational Employment Program

 This person is responsible for coordinating the daily operations of the PreVocational Program area, including managing a client case load, daily production activities. Caseload of clients to be assigned by supervisor and may include clients involved in prevocational employment and assessment and training. This position supervises vocational specialists and job coaches in the prevocational employment program.

                Hours: Fulltime

                Wage: $13.79, negotiable

Vocational Specialist - PreVocational Program

This person is responsible for providing job training and work related support and intervention to consumers within the PreVocational Program.  Case management, including training, assessment, and client supervision, is required.

               Hours: Fulltime

               Wage: $12.00 per hour

Program Assistant – Sub/Floater

Join the Adult Day Programs Team; where you will partner with our clients as we offer an opportunity to engage with others through meaningful activities and provide assistance as necessary. This high-energy job requires a lot of heart and desire to improve the lives of those we serve. Experience leading activities is required.  Experience with the aging population and/or persons with disabilities is beneficial. Willingness to commit to our mission is a must!

                Hours: Variable

Program Assistant – Reflections Program

Community Service Worker – Green Bay OR Kewaunee

Part-time positions working out in the community & home with adults and/or with children and families.  Flexible caseloads and services tailored to clients may include: one-on-one care, dementia care, personal care, housekeeping & errands, medication monitoring, socialization and recreation, transportation, and/or respite care.  Other services include working on daily living skills such as budgeting, basic parenting skills, anger management, social skills, and/or teaching youth, adults and families.

                Hours: Part time, variable

                Wage: $9.75-21.75 per hour, depending on location and case

Community Service Worker – LAUNCH Program

Part-time position working with youth that are part of the LAUNCH (Life Achievements UNlocking Change and Healing) program by providing mentorship and working on goals towards rehabilitation out in the community.  The LAUNCH program is a comprehensive treatment and aftercare program for high risk juvenile offenders promoting reduction of recidivism rates in Brown County. Male Community Service Workers are encouraged to apply to better match the needs of the male clients (age 10-17 years old).  Experience in the human services field and/or education around human services and social work is preferred.  Other cases are available to provide mentorship to youth part of the Juvenile Justice Department with Brown County Human Services.  

                    Hours: Part time, variable   

                    Wage: 12.99 per hour

Comprehensive Service Worker – Shawano OR Door County

Part-time position working closely with Humans Services- Community Comprehensive Services and/or Children's Long Term Care Services. Flexible caseloads and services tailored to working with children, families and adults.  Services may include: skill development, respite care, working on daily living skills such as budgeting, positive/prosocial recreation activities, anger management, social skills, and/or teaching youth, adults and families. Each case referral varies depending on the case plan and is matched to the workers experience and skill level.

                     Hours: Part time, variable

                     Wage: 12.99-21.75 per hour, depending on location and case

***PROSOLUTIONS POSITIONS***

Quality Technician

This position is responsible for the daily execution of assigned processes used for ProSolutions and ProSolutions customers' quality requirements. As needed this position may be assigned to support planning, inventory, shipping & receiving, and direct production. *Eligible for the 50/50 employee referral incentive program.

                Hours: First Shift, 5:30am-2:00pm

                Wage: Based on experience

Department Leader – Production 

 This person is responsible for executing the production requirements of ProSolutions under the direction of the Production Team Leader and Production Coordinator; responsible for daily work assignment, development and training of assigned line leaders and production personnel; interacting with the customer when necessary to insure their needs are being met; working on lines as required to meet production requirements.

                Hours: Second Shift 2pm-10pm

                Wage: Based on experience

Industrial Mechanic/Supervisor

This person is responsible for providing technical assistance and mechanical support to the production departments by assisting in equipment setup and performing equipment repairs and preventative maintenance as scheduled or required; assist with directing and training workers in the machine shop; ensuring that production standards in the machine shop are met (both ProSolutions and customer specifications).

          Hours: First Shift, 6am-2pm

          Wage: Based on experience

Production Worker

Production Workers will be working primarily with various products to re-package/re-palletize them to meet customer specifications. 

                Hours: Fulltime- First Shift 6am-2pm, M-F OR Second Shift 2pm-10pm

                            Parttime- 6am-2pm M-W, OR 10am-2pm M-F

                Wage: $9.50-10.50 per hour
