COVID Updates

Curative Connections Safety Protocols
Curative’s top priory is the safety and well-being of the communities we serve. While having a vaccine in place has moved us all in the right direction, for the safety of our clients and staff, Curative's safety protocols are still in place. These include:
  • masking in all public and program spaces for all employees and most clients, regardless of vacciantion status
  • visitor restrictions
  • physical distancing
  • disinfection of surfaces and commonly touched items
  • additional personal protective equipment (gloves, face shields and gowns)
  • handwashing reminders
Delta Variant Update
As health experts predicted, the delta variant of COVID has overtaken the original alpha version, as this information from the CDC shows. Delta is more easily transmitted than the original COVID variant, alpha, and thus poses a greater danger.  The CDC warns that virtually the only people getting sick from COVID are those who have not yet been vaccinated.

Curative’s focus is, and always has been, the safety and overall wellbeing of our clients and employees. In order to continue effectively and safely serving the community, all Curative employees and volunteers will be fully vaccinated by October 29, 2021.

If any unvaccinated participants have questions, concerns or doubts about the efficacy and safety of COVID vaccines, please talk with your doctor to get straightforward, accurate information. These are professionals who have people's best health interests at heart.
