In these hour long sessions, members will receive training to build the skills needed for a successful transition into community employment. They will focus on developing soft skills, relationship building, creating positive work habits, communication skills and critical thinking.

Skills and topics covered will be determined by the needs to the group attending. Curative may be able to assist those needing equipment. Topics include:
