Trips
Trips may be shared with other members and are scheduled on a first come, first served basis. Medical appointments take priority.
Wait Time
Please be ready 15 minutes prior to your scheduled pick-up time.
Assistance
Drivers cannot lift or transfer members. Wheelchair assisted vans must be requested when scheduling a trip. Personal care attendants can accompany members.
Rules
State law requires all drivers and passengers to wear a seatbelt. No smoking, open food, or drink containers allowed in vehicles.
Carry-On Items
Portable oxygen tanks and up to five bags of groceries, weighing no more than 15 lbs. total, are allowed.
Transportation Services are provided by Curative Connections in partnership with Brown County.
