This person is responsible for directing the daily operations of their assigned production areas including: setting up production lines and related equipment and making sure they are functioning correctly; developing, directing and training line leaders and production workers in their daily job responsibilities; coordinating repairs of machines and related equipment with the maintenance department; ensuring that production standards, quality standards and performance targets are being met (both ProSolutions and customer specifications); interacting with the customer when necessary to insure their needs are being met; working on lines as required to meet production requirements.
Hours: Full-time, training on 1st shift(6am to 2pm), for 1 to 2 months, then tranfer to 2nd shift(2pm-10pm).
Wage: $21.50/hr
